Return Policy

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our product. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective, in our discretion, due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. We may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour. We accept items for exchange if sizing is wrong. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted.

* Items exchanged for sizing must be in new unused condition with original packaging. Tags still in tact, an no odor.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

If a refund is requested for a defective product, it will only be for cost of product. Shipping is not refunded.

Customer is responsible, so insuring packages is highly recommended. Omerta Los Angeles will not be responsible for any packages lost in the mail. If we do not have desired size available we can exchange for a product of same value for exchange.

Once product is received at our facility we will email you to complete the exchange process.
